Ingredients: Unbleached white flour, filtered water, yeast, salt, sugar, non-hydrogenated canola shortening (palm and modified palm oil), ascorbic acid, enzymes.
Contains wheat. Processed in a facility that contains tree nuts, wheat, eggs, sulphites, dairy, sesame and mustard.
Frozen fresh to preserve the goodness. Best used within 5 day after thawing.
