Franklin and Lorisa purchased Helmi’s Perogies in 1997 from Helmi who was ready to retire.  The business model was simple, a premium homemade perogy with traditional Mennonite flavours like cottage cheese or blueberry and traditional egg noodles. All real ingredients.  Period.
