Pinot Gris is from organic certified Switchback Vineyard was whole cluster pressed to naturally fermented and aged in concrete tanks for eight months. The result is a wine with a creamy mouthfeel, lively acidity, and displays of citrus and stone fruit characters and hallmark Okanagan herbal notes.
