A collaboration with our Lager loving friends at Steel & Oak, this beer features Italian grown Eraclea Pilsner malt, a clean Lager yeast, and traditional Lager hops. We then dry-hopped with new-age European hops Calista and Ariana, known for their subtle fruitiness for a complex and well rounded modern lager.
