Farm House Natural Lady Jane Cheese 250g

A dense creamy paste in a delicate bloomy rind, meltingly smooth and decadent. Similar to a French Chaource. Try it with a glass of champagne or Prosecco. Made with whole milk, no added cream. Roughly 250g in a 2" x 3" round. 

Ingredients: Cow's milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet, calcium chloride.
