Take a chunk of Birchwood Dairy Feta, nestle it into a bed of olive oil kissed cherry tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, and any other preferred spices and roast until soft and golden at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix in some perfectly al dente InGrain Casarecce Pasta, a knob of butter, a splash of pasta water, some fresh basil and voila! Dinner is served.
